Above and beyond the call of duty, we really care - taking the extra time to make sure the client always fully understands what is going on. Whether it’s a residential or commercial real estate transaction, it is still a big purchase! We want to be positive that the client will still be happy with their sale/purchase two years down the road instead of feeling as though they had been pushed into an unwise decision.
Everyone at Marc 1 works together in loyal support of one another, ultimately for the benefit of the client. Grant is always available. He and Bill both believe in supporting all our agents – day or night. The atmosphere here is built around trust. A lot of agents these days seem to be out for #1, but that is not the case here.
